Our Process

Vision and Expectations
To start the process, please complete our "Request an Estimate" form, available at the bottom of any page on this website. After you submit the form, we'll reach out to collect additional details about your project and the space. Photos of the current area, as well as any inspirational images, would be greatly appreciated!

Phone Consultation
Once we’ve set up your file and received your photos, we’ll arrange a phone consultation that generally lasts 30 to 45 minutes. This call is an opportunity to dive deeper into your project and space, ask any questions, and clarify expectations. We’ll also discuss your budget to ensure your vision aligns with your financial plans, helping us use our time efficiently. You can expect your estimate in your inbox within 7 to 10 business days after the consultation.

Site Survey
Once you receive your estimate and confirm that the project fits your budget, we’ll proceed to the next step: the Site Survey. During this visit, we’ll take our own measurements, photos, and create drawings, along with providing an official quote. Please note that there is a fee for the Site Survey, but this amount will be deducted from your final invoice if you decide to move forward with SCS for your project.

Official Quote and Agreements
Following the Site Survey, we will provide you with an official quote for the project. This quote will detail the planned scope of work along with the associated costs. Once you accept the quote, we’ll send you our Terms and Conditions for your signature. After the paperwork is completed, we can coordinate our schedules to plan your project. Once we find a suitable time for both you and our team, we’ll inform you so you can mark it on your calendar!

Scheduling
Once the project is officially scheduled, our team will reach out to confirm all details and ensure everyone is aligned. We’ll discuss the next steps and address any specific requirements you may have. Open communication is key, so we encourage you to ask questions or share any concerns as we move forward. Our goal is to make the scheduling process as smooth as possible, allowing us to efficiently coordinate our efforts and deliver your project on time. We’re dedicated to ensuring your experience is positive from start to finish, and we’re excited to bring your vision to life!

Work Begins
Work begins on the project. We will talk about how long the project will take prior to beginning work, so we both have the right expectations. It can be uncomfortable to have strangers working in or on your home, However, all of our techs are professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Let them or the office know if you have any concerns, and we will take care of them ASAP!

During the project
We are usually pretty accurate in our predicted timeline of a project, however, things can come up that could change the amount of time a project will take. We will stay in communication and keep you updated throughout the project! Work happens Monday- Friday 8AM-3/3:30PM. Any debris will be removed from the property and disposed of by SCS. Our techs take pictures of the progress of the project, and we add them to your file as the project progresses

Finishing Touches
Once the techs have finished the project, they will clean up and dispose of any material removed. This can include, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping etc. We will let you know if there is anything that will need time to dry or set before use, and if nothing is mentioned, your space is ready to enjoy!
